With this data sheet, we inform our customers about the process of adapting Farbal sealing bars to non-Farbal machines.
1. Description of items to be supplied by Farbal:
Farbal provides the following elements:
Sealing-cutting bar with cover (see diagram below)
Counter bar
Fixing parts
Temperature sensor and regulator
Assembly drawings with dimensions
Electrical diagrams
Operating instructions
All necessary advice and assistance.

After modifying your machine (by adding the sealing-cutting bar at the top with the cover (orange) and the counter-bar at the bottom), you will obtain an assembly as shown in the diagram above.
2. The work to be done by the customer :
The customer will carry out the following work (with Farbal remote support):
Mechanical assembly
Electrical wiring
Program adjustments if necessary
For the first start-up, a FARBAL technician will be on hand to help you with settings and to communicate operating and maintenance instructions.
