You will find below examples of production lines capable of carrying out all packaging operations in your workshops.

Heat-sealed packaging production line :
a sleeve wrapping machine envelopes the products and seals the film at the front and the rear. The products then pass through a shrink tunnel; at the exit the excess film on the side is pasted against the product to seal it hermetically.

Sealed, not shrunk packaging production line :
a sleeve wrapping machine envelopes the products and seals the film at the front and the rear. A side sealing unit seals both sides.

Heat-sealed packaging production line with prior sealing :
a sleeve wrapping machine envelopes the products and seals the film at the front and the rear. A side sealing unit seals both sides before the products pass through a shrink tunnel. This has the advantage of producing an immaculate side finish.

Heat-sealed packaging production line with side cutting :
a sleeve wrapping machine envelopes the products and seals the film at the front and the rear. The excess film on the side is cut off automatically before the products enter the shrink tunnel. The advantage of this line is its tremendous flexibility, as the same line can be used for several product formats.
